Villa Moritz
Villa Moritz is a lovely, welcoming, modern villa in private secure gardens, perfect for a family holiday with a separate casita (self contained studio apartment with double bed, kitchenette, shower room, cot space) next to the main house (which has 3 beds / 2 baths).One bedroom ( not master) is air-conditioned.

With a pool, lawn, table tennis table, boules pitch, and secure off street parking Villa Moritz is perfect for all round family fun. However, if a quiet, relaxing time is more your scene, lazing on the sun loungers by the pool, or swinging in the hammock surrounded by tropical trees, plants, and citrus trees, is all part of the Villa Moritz experience.

The villa is quietly located just outside Santa Eularia, on the way to San Carlos. A 2 minute drive puts you in the heart of Santa Eularia, where you can find a huge variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Buses run regularly from Santa Eularia to Ibiza Town. A popular feature of Santa Eularia is the beautiful promenade and modern marina with its numerous bars and restaurants. Within short driving distance are a number of small Ibicencan, villages including San Carlos and Santa Gertrudis giving you a great opportunity to explore and indulge in Ibiza's unique culture. There are many fantastic coves and beaches including Niu Blau extremely close by (within 5 mins drive), of which Cala Pada is a local stopping point for the water taxi to other bays such as Cala Llena; and resorts including Es Canar, Santa Eularia, Cala Llonga and Ibiza Town.

The villa's bedroom's comprise private master double with en suite and roof terrace on the first floor, and two twin rooms on the ground floor with large separate bathroom across the ground floor entrance lobby. There is a spacious open plan lounge and dining room with (free-to-air channels) sky satellite TV, DVD and HiFi (incl. a lead to plug-in your MP3 player).Off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry room. A study area adjacent to the lounge has a secure WiFi ADSL, and there are TV’s in all bedrooms linked to the main satellite receiver.

The casita is a separate self contained apartment area in the grounds, a few metres from the villa, with double bed, kitchenette, shower room, cot space, internet & tv.

The villa and casita are no smoking area's, but smoking is allowed on the many terraces and outside in the grounds, and whilst only one bedroom is air-conditioned the owners have provided pedestal fans for renters use. The villa is centrally heated for early, late and out of season bookings. There is off street secures parking ( inside electric gates) for up to four cars. The villa is also suitable for wheelchair users as the ground floor has no step access.
