The Beach House
This lovely house has wonderful sea views, and you can walk to Cala Verde and Pou de Leo, or drive to the nudist beach at Aguas Blancas in 10 min.

The house is on 2 levels. There is an extra sitting room and kitchenette downstairs, designed for teenage children so everyone has that extra space of their own.

The sitting room, lounge and master bedroom and bathroom are upstairs with a large terrace overlooking the sea complete with cane furniture and tables ideal for breakfast.

There is a huge terrace outside at the back of the house with rattan furniture and outdoor lighting throughout the garden and speakers connected to the sound system.

There is also a double gas ring for cooking al fresco and stairs leading to a roof terrace that is perfect for star gazing or watching the moon rise over the sea.

Downstairs are two further bedrooms, a sitting room, kitchen and further bathroom with an outside terrace and a BBQ area.

The house has everything you could possibly need – dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Lots of kitchen equipment and dishes plus all the things one forgets –suntan lotion, straw hats etc (even goggles and flippers in the garage!).

Note: Renovations in spring 2006 will upgrade the house to sleep 8 in 4 bedrooms.

Sant Carles (San Carlos) is situated between Cala San Vicente and Santa Eularia and has been renowned for its community of artists, relaxed approach to life and the weekly Hippy market at Las Dalias. Sant Carles serves the beach populations around Es Figueral, Cala Mastella and Cala Llenya.

Sant Carles is also home to Anita's Bar, one of the original hippy bars on the Island and also the local meeting point and post office.

Es Figueral Beach has beautiful shallow waters and fine sandy beach backed by rocky terrain. The green hills and craggy coastline are for hardy walkers. Good watersports and beach amenities and you really get that away-from-the-crowd feeling here.
