Casa Joan is perfectly positioned high up in the peaceful & beautiful north of Ibiza, within minutes drive of the village of San Joan. Nearest beaches are Benirras & Cala Xucla. Nightlife and resturants including Aura ( 5 mins drive) and the varied delights offered by Ibiza Town (15mins drive) are close by for those wishing to indulge. If not, simply relax by the private pool and take in the 12 acres of private land in which Casa Joan sits, losing yourself in the sunset and mountain views..

Casa Joan has 5 double bedroom's and 3 bathrooms ( one en-suite). Three of the bedroom's can be converted to twin bedrooms upon request. The English owners have also made a cot available upon request also. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement and the finca is both child and elderly friendly due to the lack of steps needed to access the property.Smoking is permitted in the finca.

Internet access is provided, as is satellite TV, and a home cinema projector system which can be plugged into laptops for movie viewing.

A clean of three hours per week is included in the rental costs, with a linen change for rentals over 7 nights. Additional cleaning is available at an extra cost, paid locally upon arrival. All bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Casa Joan has off street parking.

Benirras Beach
Casa Joan is a short drive from the world famous Benirras beach. A sheltered bay in the north of Ibiza boasting stunning sunsets, Benirras has long been both a magnet for sunseekers and hippies alike. With it's famous drumming sessions on Sundays during the summer the beach can become very crowded at times, but is a "must" do for many holidaymakers wanting to get away from the commercialised south of Ibiza.A tip..if driving get to the beach early... At peak times you may have to park up to 2km from the beach if arriving later than early afternoon!
