Casa Jasmine
Casa Jasmine is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house set it's own grounds with an electronically controlled entrance gate. An older style villa, Casa Jasmine has been fully modernised, yet retaining authentic Spanish detail throughout the house, including handmade terracotta floor tiles.
Casa Jasmine is situated in a well-lit, quiet, residential cul-de-sac off the main road of Cala Llonga surrounded by pine-clad hills. There is secure off-street parking for two cars, plus on-street parking available as well.
The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total sleeping 6 max.; 1 double, 2 twins. The main bedroom has en-suite facilities. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your use.
The modern kitchen has all mod cons and is equipped to a high standard including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave.
There is open network WIFI enabled internet access in the house. If you wish to use this facility please bring your WIFI enabled laptop or PDA with you!
In the overhead-fan cooled open plan lounge and dining area there is a flat screen wall mounted TV with DVD and satelliteTV package with "free to air" channels, CD Player.....and a piano! The lounge and dining area leads out onto the terrace (which runs the length of the house) accessed by French doors.
Beside the large pool area and terracing is a barbecue oven, and Bali-style cabana with its own fridge.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include the four flowering jasmine plants climbing the terrace and that give the house its name.
Cala Llonga and the surrounding areas
Two minutes walk take's you to the village and beach resort of Cala Llonga with its selection of family orientated bars, good restaurants, a pharmacy, and several supermarkets.
The beach is at the end of a beautiful, natural bay and is one of the finest (and safest) in Eivissa with clear water and white sand.
Easy Rider Stables are a five-minute walk and offer scenic hacks around the area.
The larger town, resort, and port of Santa Eularia is a 5 minute drive away from the villa, with it's superb restaurants, banks, shops, larger supermarkets, and post office.
Within 5 minutes drive is the excellent 18-hole golf course at Roca Lisa.
Within 15 minutes drive are the hippy markets of Las Dalias, and Es Canar, and the capital Eivissa (Ibiza Town) with its cosmopolitan nightlife (Pacha / El Divino) and old town and Dalt Villa.
